Walkies

Randy got up close with the puppies while they were having breakfast.

Feeding

Two week old puppies can go longer between feedings, up to four hours.

They then approach mealtime with greater energy.

First Steps

Cora is eleven days old.

She is already trying to walk.

Sleep

Three day old puppies napping between feedings.

Mom, just back from walkies, makes a brief appearance.

Michelle Meets Bertie

Michele is our Puppy Nanny.  With her help we are able to keep an eye on the puppies 24 hours a day for their first two weeks.

Meeting a new puppy just after he is born is, indeed, a delight.

The lens flare makes it fancy.

Mable

Less than an hour after birth Mable is helped to latch on.

Herding

Australian Labradoodle puppies aren't cats.  And who would want or need to herd even one cat?

This probably explains why the expression "It's like trying to herd multi-generation Australian Labradoodle puppies who aren't even a day old," still hasn't caught on.

Eleven Again

Penelope's second litter was born on National Puppy Day, fittingly.

Bertie, Gussie, Jasper, Peggy, Cora, Beatrice, Mable, Percy, Myrtle, Madeline and Jeeves.

Her first litter was also with Brennan as the dad and also had eleven puppies. Those puppies were not born on National Puppy Day.  They were born on National Dog Day.  We assume Penelope is doing this on purpose.

Eleven

Penelope saw her groomer to be cleaned up prior to the birth of her puppies.

She also had an X-ray which found eleven puppies inside.

Eight of the puppies already have homes to go to.

Expecting

FullSizeRender.jpg

Penelope had her ultrasound to confirm her pregnancy.  Puppies will be born on or about March 23rd, 2019.

Brendan is the dad again so we imagine that the puppies will be similar to Penelope's litter of 2017.

Best Picture Ever

Janet took Penny and Fiona out to play in the snow.  They seem to have had a good time.

Puppies are Coming!

Penelope is again in season. We will breed her with Brennan, just as we did in 2017. The beautiful puppies we had in 2017 will give you a very good idea what their puppies will look like in 2019. If you haven’t done so already, fill out our Puppy Application. When you have decided to take one home for yourself, put down a deposit.

Now that Tilly is living in Boston with Audrey she has to be prepared for the inevitable Boston winter. Being prepared in style means wearing a super - fashionable penguin sweater.

Penny in the Yard

Penny

Sometimes I have to take a break from chasing Fiona around the yard and just wonder where the young find their energy.

Mother and Child Reunion

Penny and Fiona

Penny and Fiona

Not really a reunion since we live in the same house but we like to chase the ball together when we go outside.

Beach Dog

Fiona

Fiona

People (yes, those people) want to visit a beach.

The best beach accessory is always a dog.

Back to LaConner

TIlly is looking back at Beautiful Downtown LaConner, waiting for the rest of the family to buy yet another blanket from Bunnies by the Bay, the only store for a new baby.

All I need now is a skateboard.

Home for the Poochies

Audrey is home for a week to visit the poochies.

Wesley is showing grandpa the game he is developing.

I hope that's a picture of me you're looking at.

This is the picture Audrey was looking at in the picture above.  Tilly trying to interfere with Fiona's scritches.
